We focus on usage signals, not your conversations.
FinOps Cloud requests the OpenAI organization data needed for cost and usage analytics. It is not designed to read, display, or monitor your prompts and model responses.
- We do not sell your workspace or usage data.
- We do not use your data to train our own AI models.
- Your OpenAI admin key is encrypted before it is stored.
- You control the connected organization and can revoke access at any time.
How access works
Only the signals needed for the product.
The dashboard uses project, cost, token, model, and API-key metadata endpoints to create charts, budgets, warnings, and exports. Your organization remains responsible for its OpenAI account permissions.
- Use a dedicated OpenAI admin key with only the access you intend to grant.
- Review your connected key and workspace settings regularly.
- Stripe handles payment details; FinOps Cloud does not store full card numbers.
Terms of use
A clear service with clear responsibilities.
You authorize FinOps Cloud to access the OpenAI organization data required to provide the service. Dashboard figures are analytics and estimates, not a replacement for your OpenAI invoice. You are responsible for your account, API keys, team permissions, legal compliance, and the decisions made from the displayed data. Plans renew monthly through the payment provider until you cancel them from your workspace.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to use the product lawfully. We may update these terms as the product changes and will keep this page current.
